The Madison Train Station is located on Kings Road between Green Street and Prospect Street. This station is served by the Morristown Line with trains heading to Hoboken Terminal and to Penn Station in Midtown Manhattan via the Kearny Connection. Service begins at 4:47 AM and ends at 2:38 AM. Holiday and weekend service runs from 5:18 AM to 2:38 AM.
Parking permits for the Madison station are available to residents only for a yearly cost of $400. Residents must show proof of residency and a valid car registration. Permits are issued on a first come first serve basis. Permitted parking is available at the lots on the corner of Prospect Street and Kings Road. The larger of the two lots also offers daily metered parking to the general public at a cost of $5 a day. There is an additional metered parking lot for the public on Kings Road for a cost of $2 a day. For information contact the Police Department (973) 593-3015.
